About Therapy Services
Telehealth therapy provides the same high-quality, confidential support as traditional in-office sessions. It can be used to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Sessions are conducted in a safe, HIPAA-compliant environment to protect your privacy and ensure your comfort.
Many clients find that meeting from their own space helps them feel more relaxed and open during sessions. In addition, telehealth eliminates the need for travel, making it easier to maintain consistent appointments and prioritize your mental health. Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing ongoing work, telehealth offers a flexible, effective option for getting the support you need—wherever you are.
A typical therapy session is 45 minutes long. We suggest that most clients begin with weekly sessions to help build a strong foundation, but this can be tailored to fit your individual goals, progress, and preferences.
At this time, all of our therapy services are provided via telehealth through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. We will provide you with a link for your sessions after you schedule an intake.
