Therapy for You

For clients paying out of pocket (without insurance) our rates are as follows: Intake session: $165 45 minute individual or family session: $140 50-60 minute individual or family session: $175 If you are paying with insurance, the amount you will owe will depend on your plan's benefits. We will give you a good faith estimate before scheduling your initial appointment if you are planning to pay with insurance.

Yes, we accept insurance for individual, couples and family therapy. All of our therapists accept the following insurances for those services: United Healthcare Aetna Cigna Oxford Health Plans UMR Oscar HC Student Resources AllSavers UHC Mass General Brigham/ Allways Harvard Pilgrim Blue Cross Blue Shield Please not that we do NOT accept insurance for assessments at this time.

We know that life happens and at times, you will need to cancel your scheduled appointment. We ask that you give your therapist at least 48 hours notice. If notice is given less than 48 hours, there is a no-show/cancellation fee of: $85 (first time) $95 (second time) $105 (third time) Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, a no-show fee may be applied. If you are traveling outside of the state that your therapist is licensed in, the session must be cancelled and the cancellation/no-show fee will be applied if proper notice is not given.
