Yael believes therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative, flexible, and rooted in a strong, trusting relationship. She approaches each client with openness and respect, recognizing the unique stories, histories, and perspectives they bring. With a client-centered approach, Yael integrates aspects of narrative therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), working with clients to explore the parts of themselves seeking understanding, healing, or change.
A little bit about me:
Yael completed her Master's in Social Work at Simmons University. At the core of her work is the belief that meaningful transformation happens through safety, authenticity, and connection. Yael creates a space where clients feel deeply seen and heard, supporting them as they explore patterns, reconnect with strengths, and imagine new ways of relating to themselves and others.
