She is experienced with helping people in the neurodivergent community build mastery in their executive functioning and communication skills. Mary uses a skills-based approach mixed with talk therapy to help people take an active role in their mental health journey. Drawing from her extensive experience in using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, she will help you identify and gain control of your symptoms by using your strengths to help you achieve your goals and not feel limited by your mental health struggles.

A little bit about me:

Mary is a life-long New Englander. She has her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Regis College and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emmanuel College. Although becoming a therapist was a career change, Mary loves being a therapist and advocate in the mental health community. Mary has experience working in a wide range of clinical settings including residential eating disorder treatment, mobile crisis intervention, acute short term treatment and outpatient mental health.

I'm a good fit if you're looking for:

A therapist who will gently challenge you to meet your goals. My style is both warm and direct with a healthy dose of humor. I aim to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable while working to keep you motivated to understand and navigate your struggles.

Mary is currently offering telehealth therapy services in Massachusetts
