About Us
Welcome to Therapy For You. We believe there is no one size fits all approach to therapy, and we believe you deserve great care that fits your needs.
Therapy For You started in 2021 by Allison Berg-Lewis with a goal of providing individualized care and support. Since that time, we have grown into a small team spread throughout Massachusetts and Maryland.
Our mission is to offer a welcoming environment where you feel seen, heard and understood. If you're ready to start your therapy journey, so are we.

Individual Therapy
In your private, one-on-one sessions, you'll find a safe, welcoming space to talk through whatever is on your mind. Our therapists are here to help with managing anxiety, depression, mood swings or intrusive thoughts, working through relationship challenges, processing past trauma, or simply trying to understand yourself better.
Your journey is entirely your own, so your therapist will tailor every step to fit your goals. Together, you’ll uncover meaningful insights, build practical tools for everyday life, and create real, lasting change.
Couples and Family Therapy
Whether you're reaching out as a couple or as a family, reaching out due to conflict, parenting challenges, or just trying to strengthen your relationship and better understand one another, therapy offers a warm, open space where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.
Your therapist will help you navigate tough conversations, build trust, and break out of frustrating patterns. Couples and family therapy can help break the cycles of constant conflict, help adjust to major life changes and help you to feel closer to the people you love.
Short-Term Trauma Therapy
Unlike traditional individual therapy, which often focuses on ongoing support, short-term trauma therapy is a focused, targeted approach designed to help you heal from trauma in 6 sessions.
Written Exposure Therapy (WET) is a proven, evidence-based program designed to deliver meaningful healing in just 6 weeks. Unlike traditional, open-ended therapy, WET is brief, highly structured, and targeted to help you process a specific traumatic event and regain control of your life without requiring a long-term time commitment.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a unique opportunity to connect with others who truly understand what you're going through. You can share experiences, learn practical coping strategies, and realize you don’t have to heal in alone.
Our group topics and schedules change throughout the year depending on community needs and provider availability.
