Psychological/Neuropsychological Assessments:

**Please note that we do not accept insurance for assessments at this time**

 

Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation- $5,000

Autism Evaluation- $3,500

ADHD Evaluation- $3,000

 

Cancellation Policy

We know that life happens and at times, you will need to cancel your scheduled appointment. We ask that you give your therapist at least 48 hours notice. If notice is given less than 48 hours, there is a no-show/cancellation fee of: 

  • $85 (first time)

  • $95 (second time)

  • $105 (third time)

  • Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, a no-show fee may be applied.

  • If you are traveling outside of the state that your therapist is licensed in, the session must be cancelled and the cancellation/no-show fee will be applied if proper notice is not given.
